JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS second appeal is focussed by the plaintiff, animadverting upon the judgment and decree dated 13.03.2012 passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam in A.S.No.16 of 2009 in confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.01.2009 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam in O.S.No.418 of 1999.

(2.) THE parties are referred to here under according to their litigative status and ranking before the trial Court.

(3.) ULTIMATELY the trial Court dismissed the suit, as against which the appeal was filed for nothing but to be dismissed by the first appellate court confirming the judgment and decree of the trial court.
