JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to draw integrated seniority list of Primary School Headmasters, B.T.Assistants and Tamil Pandits for including the name of the petitioner in that panel as petitioner qualified B.Lit., Degree qualification before the crucial date of 31.05.2010 and then to consider petitioner's promotion by drawing the panel for 2010-2011.

(2.) THOUGH notice of motion was ordered on 20.07.2010, till this date no counter affidavit filed by the respondents.

(3.) WITH the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
