JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Second Appeal is focussed as against the judgment and decree dated 22.12.2006 passed in A.S.No.236 of 2005 by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, in confirming the judgment and decree dated 09.12.2004 passed in O.S.No.113 of 2001 by the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam.

(2.) THE parties are referred to hereunder according to their litigative status before the trial Court.

(3.) BEING aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the judgments and decrees of both the Courts below, this Second Appeal has been focussed on various grounds.
