JUDGEMENT

(1.) SINCE the issues involved in both the writ petitions are common, both the writ petitions are taken up together for hearing and a common order is passed.

(2.) THERE are nine petitioners in W.P.(MD)No.7606 of 2010 and the first petitioner therein, who is a practicing advocate in the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, is the sole petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.7163 of 2010.

(3.) ALL of them, i.e., both the groups, belong to the same community. They also belong to the same political party. But there is a continuous rivalry between both the groups.
