THAMIZHKAVALAN ALIAS BASKARAN Vs. STATE REP

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Baskaran alias Tamizhkavalan, for having murdered his wife-Suganthapriya, a pregnant lady, was convicted for the offence under Sections 302 and 316 I.P.C. Challenging the same, this appeal has been filed.

(2.) The facts, as projected by prosecution, are as follows:-
