JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.E.Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

(2.) In identical circumstances, this Court has passed following order on 2/6/2022 in W.A.No.1422 of 2022, directing the respondents therein to return the original certificates of the petitioners.

(3.) In view of the orders passed by the Director of Medical Education instructing the Deans of Government Medical Colleges to return the original certificates, there shall be a direction to the respondents to forthwith return all the original certificate and documents belonging to the Appellants within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, this order shall be subject to the final decision to be taken in the Writ Appeal.
