JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in FCOP No.118 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court at Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court at Harur, Dharmapuri District.

(2.) The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnised on 15/11/2021 as per Hindu Rites and Customs. Due to misunderstanding, both the petitioner and the respondent are living separately.

(3.) The respondent has filed FCOP No.118 of 2022 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court at Thiruvannamalai District.
