JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.29/Kaa.Thu.Ka/Siva.U.Koo/2022, dtd. 26/6/2022 for conducting cultural program in the event of Kumbabishegam. Originally the event was fixed on yesterday ie., 27/6/2022.

(2.) The representation given by the petitioner was rejected on the same day. Thereafter, on 27/6/2022 the petitioner gave a fresh representation, since it has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

(3.) Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
