JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records culminated in C.C.No.7083 of 2018 on the file of 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

(2.) The case is under trial. By passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue arises out of matrimonial dispute and the parties have compromised the matter between themselves.
