JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' joint representation dtd. 27/2/2022 seeking to regularize their services from the date of their initial appointment and consequently, direct the respondents to pay monetary and service benefits with all consequential benefits and arrears.

(2.) Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

(3.) The petitioners claim that their services have to be regularized from the date of their initial appointment. However, their services were regularized only after completion of ten years of their service. In such circumstances, they have given a joint representation on 27/2/2022 seeking to regularize their services from the date of their initial appointment. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
