(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per the ranking before the trial Court.

(3.) The first respondent / plaintiff filed a suit for declaration of his title and injunction in respect of 'A' schedule property and permanent injunction with regard to cart track 'B' schedule property.
