JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present second appeal has been directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 15.09.2004 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Panrutti in A.S.No.12 of 1998 confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 2.3.1998 passed by the learned District Munsif, Panrutti in O.S.No. 475 of 1992.
