JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . V. Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

(2.) WITH the consent of the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, this writ petition is taken up for disposal.

(3.) THE learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had submitted that this Court had been passing orders directing the respondents concerned to issue the bills with the names and the addresses of the stock yards, from where the sand is transported, using the licensed vehicles. One such order, dated 30.9.2011, made in W.P. No. 21907 of 2011, has been placed before this Court.
