JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to include the post of Part Time Instructor in Agriculture for recruitment under Part Time Instructor of Work Education in G.O.Ms.No.177 School Education (C2) Department, dated 11.11.2011 and consequently, consider the petitioners for appointment as Part Time Instructors in Agriculture.

(2.) IT is submitted that according to the Education System followed in the schools in Tamil Nadu, the Craft Course (Vocational Course) consists of Drawing, Physcial Education, Sewing, Music, Weaving, Wood Work and Agriculture. The object of this, is to offer technical education to the students for appointment as full time Craft Instructors.

(3.) THE petitioners passed the Higher Grade Examination in Agriculture from the Government Technical Examination as also the Technical Teachers Certificate Course in Agriculture (T.T.C) conducted by the Department of Government Examinations (Education), Government of Tamil Nadu, between 1980 and 1992.
