JUDGEMENT

(1.) Civil Revision Petition (NPD) No. 1607 of 2010, is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 31.3.2010, passed in O.S. No. 75 of 2001, on the file of the Wakf Tribunal/Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore. Civil Revision Petition (NPD) No. 2916 of 2010, is filed against the order, dated 17.2.2010, passed in I.A. No. 51 of 2010, in O.S. No. 75 of 2001, on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.

(2.) Both the Revision Petitions, viz., C.R.P. (NPD) Nos. 1607 & 2916 of 2010, are filed by the Third Defendant/Muthavalli in the Suit in O.S. No. 75 of 2001.

(3.) Civil Revision Petition (NPD) No. 2320 of 2010 is filed by the Defendants 1 & 2, against the judgment and decree, dated 31.3.2010, passed in O.S. No. 75 of 2001, on the file of the Wakf Tribunal/Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.
