(1.) THIS Civil Revision Petition has been filed to get set aside the order dated 25.06.2012 in C.M.A.No.12 of 2011 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, in setting aside the order dated 01.06.2011 passed in I.A.No.216 of 2011, in O.S.No.99 of 2011, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur.
