JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 24.05.2012 filed under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 within a period stipulated by this Court.

(2.) HEARD Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. In view of the order that is going to be passed, notice to the respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with.

(3.) THE petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 24.05.2012 filed under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 within a period stipulated by this Court.
