JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent to transfer and post the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant in English at Panchayat Union Middle School, Kattangudi, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

(2.) THE petitioner joined the Education Department as B.T.Assistant on 02.06.2010. The petitioner was posted at Panchayat Union Middle School, Koppuchithampatti in Aruppukottai Union. The petitioner due to family circumstances, filed a representation for being posted to a school near the place of her residence.

(3.) ON consideration, I find no force in this writ petition.
