JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition No. 29537 of 2012 is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from plying petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No. TN 33 AT 0081 on the route Erode Bus stand to Ondikaranpalayam on the straight route namely, via Muthalithottam Pirivu, Soolai, C.N. College, Veerappan Chatram and Bharathi theatre. Writ Petition No. 29538 of 2012 is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from plying his mini bus bearing Registration No. TN 33 AT 9097 on the route Ondikaranpalayam to Erode Bus stand to on the straight route namely, via Muthalithottam Pirivu, Soolai, C.N. College, Veerappan Chatram and Bharathi theatre.

(2.) MR . N. Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 in both the writ petitions. The relief sought for in both the writ petitions is one and the same. By consent, both the writ petitions are taken up together for final disposal. Considering the nature of order to be passed in these matters, the notice to the first respondent in both writ petitions is dispensed with.
