JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents from shifting IMF shop No.8554 functioning at 75/20, L.F.Road, Cumbum, Theni District to Manjanakara Street, off L.F.Road, Ward No.5, Cumbum, Theni District.

(2.) THIS writ petition is premature at this stage. The petitioner can only have the grievance as and when any TASMAC shop is established in violation of the statutory rules or it is in violation of any other rules for the time in force.
