JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed by the first appellate court in A.S.No.16 of 2004 dated 11.10.2004 in reversing the judgment and decree passed by the trial court in O.S.No.189 of 1997 dated 30.03.2004 in decreeing the suit.

(2.) The appellants are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants before the trial court.
