JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to immediately consider the claim of the petitioner for being promoted/upgraded as Associate professor (Agri. Microbiology) in Tamilnadu Agricultural University and promote her from the date on which her junior was promoted/upgraded as Associate Professor (Agri.Microbiology).

(2.) AT the time of final hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner gave a representation dated 28.6.2002 to the second respondent. The grievance of the petitioner will be met if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 28.6.2002.
