JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to receive the monthly installments from the petitioner as per the Memorandum of Understanding entered between him and the respondents, without any distress proceedings.

(2.) HEARD Mr.Elephant G.Rajendran, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Mahendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

(3.) THE petitioner seeks a Mandamus to direct the respondents to receive the monthly installments from the petitioner as per the Memorandum of Understanding entered between the parties.
