JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent Corporation in connection with the issual of the impugned order of transfer bearing RC.No.H2/135976/2002-I dated 29.10.2002 and the consequential order bearing RC.No.H2/135976/2002-II of the respondent Corporation issued on the same date, quash the same and award the costs.

(2.) TAMIL Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees' Union has filed this writ petition challenging the order of transfer dated 29.10.2002 in respect of three Quality Inspectors working in the respondent corporation. The three individuals are not before the Court.

(3.) IN view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
