HARI ARABIND Vs. UDAYA SURIYAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hari Arabind, the minor/petitioner, unfortunately lost both of his parents i. e. , Mother-Gowri and Father-Balasubramaniam, in the same accident that took place on 10.11.2001. In respect of death of Gowri, who is the mother of the first Petitioner and daughter of Petitioners 2 and 3, the Petitioners have filed a claim petition in M. A. C. T. O. P. No. 861 of 2002 seeking compensation for a sum of Rs. 30,00,000/-.

(2.) In respect of death of Balasubramaniam, who is the father of the first Petitioner and son of Petitioners 2 and 3, the Petitioners have filed a claim petition in M. A. C. T. O. P. No. 862 of 2002 seeking compensation for a sum of Rs. 90,00,000/-.
