JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ, in the nature of Certiorari, to quash the impugned part of order dated 06.12.2010, upgrading the post of the petitioner from Fitter to Fitter Grade I, prospectively i.e., from the date of order, instead of date of appointment.

(3.) THE writ petition was disposed of, by directing the respondents, to consider the representation filed by the petitioner. On consideration of the representation filed by the petitioner, the impugned order was passed, upgrading the post of the petitioner, as Fitter Grade I, to fit in the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission, and accordingly, his pay was revised in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200, from the date of issuance of order.
