JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ, in the nature of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent, to furnish service particulars of the petitioner, to the first respondent in response to the communication dated 21.01.2011, so as to enable the first respondent, to sanction full pension, and retirement benefits to the petitioner.

(2.) THE petitioner joined the Town Panchayat, Andipatti as Watchman on 13.11.1975, and served there till 17.10.1989. The petitioner was thereafter transferred to Town Panchayat, Avaniyapuram, as Tractor Driver on 18.10.1989, and thereafter to Peraiyur Town Panchayat, Peraiyur, Madurai District on 04.12.2002. He worked there up to 30.04.2010.

(3.) THE second respondent forwarded the pension papers of the petitioners, for grant of retiral benefit, and pensionary benefits.
