JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present second appeal has been directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 06.04.2006 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur, in A.S.No.28 of 1999 reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 13.4.1999 passed in O.S.No.96 of 1997 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Ariyalur.
