JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to interview the petitioners for recruitment to the post of Assistant Tourism Officer Grade II and appoint them.

(2.) THE petitioners belong to Scheduled Caste community and have joined B.A. (History) and B.B.A. The petitioners also have the qualification of Master of Tourism Management and undergone basic course in Computers.

(3.) IT was also declared that priority category with registration seniority on 12.12.2011 and non priority scheduled caste with registration on 07.02.2008, M.B.C. Candidates with registration on 12.12.2011, the general category in registration on 15.12.2011 was to be sponsored by employment exchange.
