JUDGEMENT

(1.) WRIT Petition No.14599 of 2012 is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.14,29,479/- alone in 12 equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges.

(2.) WRIT Petition No.14600 of 2012 is filed praying to issue a WRIT of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.3,53,592/- alone in 12 equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges.

(3.) PETITIONERS seek payment of additional security deposit in 12 equal monthly installments. Though two orders have been passed, during summer vacation granting 12 equal monthly installments, this court is not inclined to accept the said formula as there appears to be no justification for petitioners to seek 12 equal monthly installments. The payment for additional security deposit should be made forthwith.
