JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for both the parties.

(2.) COMPENDIOUSLY and concisely, the germane facts which are absolutely necessary for the disposal of these civil revision petitions would run thus: 2.The father of the child filed G.W.O.P.No.120 of 2012 seeking the following reliefs:

(3.) BEING aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order of the Lower Court, the father preferred C.R.P.No.2400 of 2012. Similarly, the mother also preferred C.R.P.No.2651 of 2012 as against the same order.
