JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS common order shall dispose of W.P.(MD)Nos.4539, 5102, 6809, 9206 and 6675 of 2012, as common question of law and facts are involved.

(2.) FOR the sake of brevity, the facts are taken from W.P.(MD)No.4539 of 2012.

(3.) THE petitioner Trust was established on 27.12.2010, with an object of promoting education in all spheres among poor and the needy, and among the general public. The petitioner, in order to achieve the object of the Trust, entered into an Agreement with the second respondent on 06.06.2011, to run the study centre as an Agent of the Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education of Manonmanium Sundaranar University.
