WRIT Petition No.31011 of 2012 is filed praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents and their subordinate to receive tax for Tamil Nadu for seven days or thirty days or ninety days as tendered voluntarily in advance by the petitioner for using the vehicles bearing Registration No.KA-51-A-4179 in Tamil Nadu Roads.
