(1.) It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the case bundle has been handed over to the appellant long back. However, no one has filed vakalat nor the appellant has appeared before the Court. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non -prosecution. Consequently, the C.M.P. Nos. 6763 and 6764 are closed.
