JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the issue involved in the above Civil Revision Petitions and the parties to the litigation are one and the same, both the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up together and are disposed of by this common order.

(2.) The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the plaintiff in OS.No. 140/2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Paramathi, Namakkal District.
