JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision is directed against the order passed in I.A.No. 4 of 2019 in O.S.No..56 of 2014 dated 07.09.2020 on the file of I Additional District Court, Thirunelveli, allowing the petition filed under Order 8 Rule 9 CPC.

(2.) The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondent is the 8 th defendant in O.S.No. 56 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Thirunelveli.

(3.) For the sake of convenience and brevity, the parties hereinafter will be referred as per their ranking/status before the trial Court.
