JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant is the first defendant in O.S.No.119 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam and first respondent in A.S. No.65 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranking in the trial court and in appropriate places, their ranking in the present appeal would also be indicated.
