(1.) This writ appeal has been preferred by the appellants aggrieved over the order of the learned Single Judge, in W.P.(MD)No.7483 of 2020, dated 04.09.2020, who passed the following order:

(3.) Today, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondents / writ petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.33,950/- and Rs.33,800/-, respectively, for two shops, through Demand Drafts and the remaining requirements have also been complied with.
