JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgement and Decree dated 31.07.2009 passed in A.S.No.9 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Attur, confirming the Judgement dated 18.06.2007 passed in O.S.No.225 of 2001 on the file of Principle District Munsif Court, Attur.

(2.) Notice sent to the sole appellant served but today also there is no representation. Hence the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
