JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved over the concurrent findings of the Courts below in declaring the title of the plaintiff in respect of Survey No.752, the present appeal came to be filed.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to herein, as per their rank before the Trial Court.
