JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

(2.) This appeal filed by the Swamimalai Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Society Limited, represented by its President, is directed against the order dated 22.04.2021, in W.P(MD).No.8297 of 2021.

(3.) The first respondent filed the writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the appellant to consider the representation dated 22.10.2019. In the said representation, the respondent sought for revoking the order of suspension dated 31.05.2018.
