JUDGEMENT

(1.) As against the concurrent findings of the Courts below granting declaration in respect of 'A' Schedule property and in respect of other properties, the present second appeal came to be filed.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to herein, as per their rank before the Trial Court.
