JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the petition in H.M.O.P.No.573 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and trnasfer the same to the Sub Court, Mudhukulathoor and allow the petition.

(2.) The respondent/ husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.573 of 2019 before the Familuy Court, Madurai, for divorce.

(3.) The learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submitted that the petitioner is having four years old child and she is residing at Kamuthi in Ramanathapuram District and she has no job. The distance between Kamuthi and Madurai is nearly 100 kms. In such circumstances, it is difficult for the petitioner to travel from Kamuthi to Madurai for attending every hearing in HMOP.No.573 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. Therefore, he seeks to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.573 of 2019 to the file of Subordinate Court, Mudhukulathoor.
