JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the Judgement and Decree dated 29.07.2008 passed in A.S.No.108 of 2004 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 21.06.2004 passed in O.S.No.301 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rankings in the trial Court.

(3.) The defendants in O.S.No.301 of 1995 are the appellants in the second appeal.
