JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle, namely, Eicher Lorry being Registration No.KL-07-BJ-2045 seized by the second respondent on 05.01.2021 to the petitioner.

(2.) Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(3.) Heard Mr.W.Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
