JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr.P. Samuel Gunasingh, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.RSenthil, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent.

(2.) This Writ Appeal by the appellant Co-operative Society is directed against the order dated 26.02.2019, in WR(MD)No.15354 of 2015.

(3.) The said writ petition was filed by the appellant society challenging the order passed by the second respondent in P.G.No.47 of 2012 dated 06.08.2012, confirming the order passed by the first respondent in PGACP No.6 of 2013 dated 12.11.2013.
