JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.R.V.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent.

(2.) This appeal filed by the writ petitioner is directed against the order in W.P(MD).No.17033 of 2014, dated 02.08.2019.

(3.) The writ petition filed by the appellant was clubbed along with the other writ petitions and dismissed by a common order. The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the appellant in the post of Lab Assistant/Lab Attender, within a stipulated time.
