JUDGEMENT

THIS second appeal is focussed by the original plaintiff, animadverting upon the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.97 of 2009 on 07.04.2010 by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.V, Chennai confirming the judgment and decree of the learned VII Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in O.S.No.1511 of 2007.
