(1.) MR.R.Thirugnanam, the Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

(2.) THIS Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to release the seized Lorry bearing Registration No.KA-35-7033 seized, on 28.1.2011, by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner.

(3.) WITH the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
