JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner has invoked the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court, praying for a Writ in the nature of Certiorari, to quash the promotion panel dated 25.01.2005.

(2.) The case set up by the Petitioner is, that he was appointed on compassionate ground as Record Clerk on 03.02.1992. In pursuance of his appointment, he joined service on 07.02.1992, and vide order dated 17.02.1993, he was regularized.

(3.) The Petitioner, on completion of his probation on 06.02.1994, was confirmed.
